Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southeastern District

Theft from vehicle: Three carrying bags and a compact disc burner -- all valued at $530 -- were stolen Saturday from a GMC van parked in the 1400 block of Eastern Ave.

Theft: Computer equipment valued at more than $1,000 was stolen Saturday from a Subaru station wagon parked in the 500 block of S. Ann St.

Stolen vehicles: Three dirt bikes were stolen Saturday from the rear yard of a house in the 6700 block of Gary Ave.

Southern District

Burglary: A computer, stereo equipment, DVD player and a television -- all valued at nearly $6,000 -- were stolen yesterday from a house in the 1100 block of W. Pratt St.

Southwestern District

Robbery: Three men, one with a handgun, robbed a grocery store in the 2100 block of W. Pratt St. of an undisclosed sum of cash about 5:30 p.m. Saturday.

Northern District

Theft: Someone entered a room at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore in the 2400 block of W. Belvedere Ave. on Saturday and stole computer equipment valued at $200.

Baltimore County

Cockeysville Precinct

Burglary: A leather carrying bag, a second carrying bag, cash, a cellular phone and several compact discs -- all valued at more than $1,100 -- were stolen early Saturday from a house in the first block of Quail Hollow Court by someone who entered after breaking a sliding glass door with a rock. The break-in was reported by occupants who were awakened by the noise of breaking glass. No arrest was made, but police did recover the cellular phone and the CDs that were discarded outside the dwelling.
