Three men plead guilty in fatal shooting of teen

May 31, 2002

Three men pleaded guilty yesterday in Baltimore Circuit Court on related charges in the shooting death of a 19-year-old city man in June, the city state's attorney's office announced.

Robert Hanna, 20, of the 200 block of Dallas Court pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and a handgun charge in the death of George Chisholm Jr. The others are 24-year-olds Johnny Timmons of the 200 block of Ballou Court, who admitted to conspiracy to murder, and Curtis Williams of the 200 block of S. Mason Court, as an accessory after the fact.

Prosecutors said Hanna shot Chisholm in the head after a fight as Chisholm tried to flee on a bicycle and its chain broke.
