All - Baltimore City / County Lacrosse

High School

May 30, 2002

A smooth midfielder who came up with just about every loose ball anywhere near her, Reese played a huge role in the midfield and on defense for the Class 1A-2A state champs. She led the Bulls with 66 ground balls after scarfing up 108 last season.

Chrissy Rude

Hereford

At 5 feet 11, Rude knew how to use her size and strength to challenge defenders and overpower them one-on-one. She scored 71 goals, including six in the state final, and scored on 55 percent of her shots. The junior also contributed nine assists.

Sarah Scalia

Roland Park

The defensive leader of a balanced No. 9 Reds team, Scalia was best known for her ability to get a lot of clean take-aways. A repeat first-teamer, Scalia will play next season at Yale.

Coco Stanwick

Notre Dame Prep

A second-team All-Metro line attacker last season, Stanwick ran the Blazers' potent offense, making the decisions in transition and on the settled attack. She scored 43 goals and added 39 assists but also played a valuable defensive role.
