Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Western District

Murder arrests: Reginald Dorsey Jr., 21, of the 600 block of Claymont Ave., was arrested Tuesday in Woodlawn by Baltimore police assigned to the Warrant Apprehension Task Force on a warrant charging him with first-degree murder. Dorsey is the second suspect charged in the April 22 shooting of Nathaniel Snuggs, 18, in an alley in the 1900 block of Harlem Ave. The other, Wesley Harris of the 2400 block of Lauretta Ave., was charged Friday while being held at Central Booking and Intake Center on an unrelated offense. Police said robbery was the motive in Snuggs' slaying.

Southwestern District

Stolen vehicle: A beige, two-door 1980 Buick Regal with tags SBD 938 was stolen Monday in the first block of S. Augusta Ave.

Southeastern District

Stolen vehicle: A 1997 Dodge Stratus with tags HYM 671 was stolen yesterday in the 1200 block of S. East Ave.

Theft from vehicle: Someone broke into the trunk of a 2001 Dodge Stratus parked in the 500 block of S. Robinson St. on Tuesday and stole a laptop computer carrying bag valued at $75, containing only personal papers.

Southern District

Stolen vehicle: A blue 2002 Ford Ranger with tags 47L 195 was stolen yesterday in the 1600 block of Church St.

Theft from vehicle: Police were seeking the person who entered a 2000 Dodge parked in the 1200 block of Wall St. on Sunday and stole nearly $1,900 worth of golf equipment.

Theft from vehicle: Several pieces of jewelry and a vacuum cleaner - all valued at more than $2,000 - were stolen Monday from a 1999 Toyota parked in the 1300 block of Patapsco St.

Theft from vehicle: Several power tools and a shop vacuum were stolen yesterday from a toolbox stored in the back of a 2000 Chevrolet truck parked in the 3200 block of Lily Ave.

Burglary: Someone broke into a shed in the 3700 block of St. Margaret St. on Tuesday and stole an air compressor and several hand and power tools - all valued at $700.

Eastern District

Rape: A woman, 32, was walking in the 1600 block of E. Lanvale St. about 6 p.m. Tuesday when a man forced her into a nearby vacant house and raped her. The woman was treated at Mercy Medical Center.

Baltimore County

Cockeysville Precinct:

Robbery: A 62-year-old woman was walking across the parking lot of Mars Supermarket in the 1800 block of York Road about 4 p.m. Tuesday when a female passenger of a Chevrolet Blazer driven by a man asked her for directions. Before the victim could respond, her purse was grabbed by the woman in the vehicle. The victim held onto the purse, but let go while being dragged about 20 feet. The victim was treated for minor injuries at St. Joseph Medical Center.

Woodlawn Precinct

Robbery: A woman, 21, was walking in the 1700 block of Champlain Drive about 12:30 a.m. Tuesday when a gunman robbed her of a cellular phone and $10.

Wilkens Precinct

Robbery: Two men, one with a handgun, robbed a man of an undisclosed sum of money in the 5700 block of Edmondson Ave. about 11 a.m. Tuesday.
