Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southeastern District

Robbery: A man, 27, was walking in the 1600 block of Aliceanna St. shortly after midnight yesterday when two men, one with a handgun, robbed him of $20 and a cellular phone.

Theft: A laptop computer was stolen yesterday from a 2001 Dodge Stratus parked in the 500 block of S. Robinson St.

Armed robbery: A man, 26, was walking in the 1800 block of Bank St. about 2:30 a.m. Monday when a man armed with a silver-colored handgun and wearing a red hooded sweat shirt robbed him of his watch and a silver chain.

Northwestern District

Stolen vehicle: A black Mitsubishi Galant with tags KAT 447, left parked with the engine running, was stolen about 10 p.m. Monday in the 3300 block of Garrison Blvd.

Northeastern District

Robbery: A woman, 33, was walking in the 3400 block of Belair Road about 9 p.m. Monday when she was assaulted by a man who stole her purse.

Baltimore County

Parkville Precinct

Attempted murder/arrests: Three teens were arrested Monday in the stabbing of a 21-year-old man during an early-morning fight on the Denny's parking lot in the 8000 block of Belair Road. The victim, stabbed in the chest, was reported in critical condition at Franklin Square Hospital Center. A knife was recovered from a 1999 Chevrolet Cavalier parked on the lot, and the suspects were arrested at the scene. Charged with attempted murder and first-degree assault and held on $500,000 bail were Timothy Williams, 19, of the 2200 block of Hawthorne Road in Essex; and Keith Laubach, 18, of the first block of Leatherwood Place and Daniel Esquer, 17, of the 2900 block of Cold Stream Way, both in Parkville.

Cockeysville Precinct

Robbery: A woman, 56, was walking across the parking lot at Steak & Ale Restaurant in the first block of W. Timonium Road about 8:30 p.m. Monday when a female passenger of a passing Chevrolet Blazer reached out and grabbed the woman's purse containing cash and property -- all valued at $100. The victim was dragged 10 feet before falling to the pavement, but was not injured.

Garrison Precinct

Carjacking: A woman, 40, was about to enter her 1998 Mercedes Benz 320e, parked in the 2400 block of Velvet Valley Way with its engine running, about 11:30 p.m. Monday when two men, one with a handgun, ordered her to step back, They took the vehicle, which had tags FCX 250.

Burglary: Someone broke into Rush Hour Bar in the 9800 block of Liberty Road through a rear door early Monday and removed $3,400 from a locked file cabinet.

Burglary: A laptop computer, TV, videocassette recorder and a gold and ruby ring were stolen from a house in the 4600 block of Horizon Circle between Friday and Monday by someone who entered through a window.
