Hampstead vehicles, mailboxes vandalized

Vehicles and mailboxes were vandalized early yesterday in a Hampstead neighborhood, according to town police, who are seeking information from the public.

Between midnight and 1 a.m., six mailboxes were knocked off their posts on and near Dogwood Road in the Hampstead Valley subdivision.

Three vehicles also were damaged; one had its rear windshield knocked out, police said.
