Developers planning subdivisions in eastern Howard County must meet with neighbors before submitting plans to the county. The next scheduled meetings - all at Land Design and Development, 8000 Main St., Ellicott City - are:

Today at 9:30 a.m. about Tipton Overlook, 10740 Scaggsville Road, North Laurel.

Today at 10:30 a.m. about the Kidwell property, 2764 Millers Way Drive, Ellicott City.

Today at 11:30 a.m. about Don's Landing, at U.S. 29 in Simpsonville.

May 23 at 10 a.m. about the Dobson property, on Talbots Landing in Ellicott City.

May 28 at 3 p.m. about The Courtyards at Ellicott Mills, on Grove Angle Road in Ellicott City.
