Howard Crime Report

The crime report is a sampling of crimes in Howard County compiled from police. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 410-313-3700.

East Columbia

Woven Moonbeam: 7000 block, Owen Brown. A real estate agent checking a rental property Saturday spotted a naked man in front of a window urinating into a bucket on the patio.

West Columbia

Little Patuxent Parkway: 10300 block, Town Center. Someone was spotted urinating while at a bus stop Tuesday.

Wincopin Circle: 10200 block, Town Center. Someone recently pried open a vending machine in a building and took about $10 in change.

Ellicott City/Elkridge

West Springs Drive: 3200 block, Ellicott City. Jewelry was taken from a residence Sunday.

N. Laurel/Savage/Jessup

Gorman Road: 8800 block, North Laurel. Someone broke into a construction trailer overnight May 8 and took about $2,700 worth of tools.

Harvest Way and Riverbrink Court: North Laurel. Two males tried to rob a cabdriver at gunpoint about 10:30 p.m. May 9 but were unsuccessful.

Pembrook Woods: 8900 block, North Laurel. Electronic equipment was taken from a residence May 8.

Western Howard

Biter Lane: 7100 block, Highland. Someone took power tools and golf clubs from a residential garage May 9.
