Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Northeastern District

Arrest: A man, 31, was arrested Monday and charged with abducting a 6-year-old Brehm's Lane Elementary School pupil and with possession of marijuana. A school crossing guard, Shonnette Arthur, observed a man put the boy on his motor-scooter outside the school about 8 a.m., then drive him about a block before returning him, said Northeastern Officer Richard Jamison. She called police and the boy's mother to the scene. Jamison said that the man and boy were strangers and that the boy was not harmed. Charged and held on $1,500 bail was Dana Dwight McCullough of the 4500 block of Marx Ave.

Southern District

Robbery: A gunman robbed Heavenly Delights, a convenience store in the 3700 block of S. Hanover St., of $20 about 10 a.m. Monday.

Baltimore County

White Marsh Precinct

Burglary: A Honda four-wheel all-terrain vehicle valued at $6,500 was stolen Monday from a shed in the 11000 block of Philadelphia Road.

Garrison Precinct

Robbery: A man, 46, was walking along Tiverton Road near Liberty Road about 10 a.m. Monday when two men, one with a handgun, robbed him of several pieces of gold jewelry, a watch and more than $100.
