Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southwestern District

Home-invasion robbery: Police were seeking three men, one of whom was armed with a knife, who forced their way into a house in the 400 block of Augusta Ave. on Monday afternoon and robbed two men and a woman of their money and valuables. Two of the victims were cut with knives and all three were bound during the incident.

Bank robbery: A man robbed Provident Bank in the 4500 block of Edmondson Ave. of an undisclosed sum of money about 1 p.m. Monday. But the robber dropped and lost the money outside the bank when a dye pack concealed in the bills exploded.

Southeastern District

Burglary: A 12-year-old blind dachshund named Trudy, compact discs and $1,500 cash were reported missing Monday from a house in the 2000 block of Spark Court after a burglary by someone who entered through a rear door.

Theft from vehicle: A jacket, camera and 350 compact discs - all valued at nearly $3,800 - were stolen Sunday from a 1995 Chrysler parked in the 1200 block of Eastern Ave.

Burglary: At least $200 in coins and currency were removed from vending machines at Fabricated Steel Manufacturing in the 1600 block of S. Highland Ave. between Saturday and Monday.

Northwestern District

Stolen vehicle: A four-door Jeep with tags M782261 was stolen Monday in the 7000 block of Surrey Drive.

Northeastern District

Stolen vehicle: A blue four-door 1996 Dodge with tags KDM 192 was stolen Sunday in the 4000 block of E. Northern Parkway.

Southern District

Theft: At least 200 compact discs and CD software - all valued at $6,000 - were stolen Monday from a 1994 Plymouth parked in the 1000 block of Jack Place.

Western District

Burglary: A telephone and a caller ID box, with a combined valued of $160, were stolen Monday from a house in the 1600 block of Braddish Ave.

Baltimore County

Essex Precinct

Theft: A wallet containing $200 was stolen April 21 from a 1997 Ford Explorer parked in the 12800 block of Silver Dollar Way. The theft was reported Monday.

Woodlawn Precinct

Stolen vehicle: A tagless 2002 Ford F-150 Harley-Davidson edition pickup truck valued at $21,000 was stolen over the weekend from Koon's Ford in the 6900 block of Security Blvd.

Garrison Precinct

Burglary: A wedding band and a fur coat were stolen April 20 from a house in the 3800 block of Cherry Brook Lane. The burglary was reported Monday, with the loss estimated at $1,900.
