Carroll Promenaders to hold spring square dance Sunday

Carroll Promenaders, a local modern western square dance club, will hold a Spring Fling square dance from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Sunday at North Carroll High School.

The dance level is multilevel. Doren McBroom will be caller. A business meeting will be held afterward.

The cost of the dance is $4. Youths are welcome.

Library to present stories, stamping class for adults

North Carroll library branch will offer:

"Year-round Family Story Time" for all ages (age 3 and younger must be with an adult) at 10:30 a.m. and 6:45 p.m. every Wednesday and at 10 a.m. every Thursday. Stories, songs and activities are featured.

"Stamping With Jan" for adults at 7 p.m. Monday. Rubberstamping techniques will be taught and a Mother's Day card will be made.

Parks foundation: Manchester Parks Foundation board of directors will meet at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the Charlotte's Quest Nature Center on Wilhelm Lane; or in Manchester Town Hall, 3208 York St., in case of bad weather. 410-239-3200.
