Washington Homes has 122 townhouses for sale in its Governor's Grant community in Columbia.

The community offers public water and sewer systems, dual zone gas and electric heat and optional gas cooking.

Homes have brick fronts, security systems and two-car garages with base prices starting at $312,000. Warfield IV, the model and one of four floor plans, features a 19-by-12-foot recreation room, a two-car garage and a foyer.
