Three models are on display at PCS Homes' Wood Creek golf community, which had its grand opening yesterday .
The Delmar community of 74 villa-style houses is near Salisbury University and in the heart of an 18-hole golf course.
PCS is offering incentives up to a value of $10,000 in the week after the opening.
All houses have gas heat and public water and sewage systems. Standard features include lawn-sprinkling systems, 9-foot ceilings, two-car garages, tongue-and-groove wood floors and 42-inch kitchen cabinets.
Base prices start at $140,000.
The Manchester, one of the models, has a first-floor foyer, a laundry room, a 10-by-11-foot dining room, a 14-by-12-foot kitchen, an 18-by-17-foot family room, a 15-by-12-foot owners' suite, a 12-by-11-foot bedroom, two baths, a two-car garage and a porch.
The optional second floor has a 14-by-12-foot bedroom, a 15-by-12-foot unfinished room, a 20-by-10-foot loft and a bath.
To get to Wood Creek, take Interstate 97 south to U.S. 50 east and then Route 13 north. In Delmar, turn left onto Connelly Mill Road, then right onto Bi State Boulevard. Turn left onto Executive Club Drive and follow signs to the sales center. The center is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
