Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Eastern District

Suspect sought: Police were seeking Jameen Martine of the 5400 block of Radecke Ave. in the fatal shooting of Ricky Gholson, 18, on Jan. 25 in the 1800 block of N. Port St. Martine, who is charged in a warrant with first-degree murder, uses the nicknames of "Jive," "Jah" and "Jay." He has the word "Camden" tattooed on his right arm and the word "Warfare" tattooed on his left arm. Anyone with information about Martine's whereabouts is asked to call the Warrant Apprehension Task Force at 410-637-8970 or the homicide unit at 410-396-2100.

Robbery/arrest: A man, 20, was standing in the 1600 block of E. Lafayette Ave. about 4 p.m. Sunday when another man knocked him to the ground and robbed him of his wallet. Moments later, a man fitting the robber's description was spotted near the scene. Arrested and charged with robbery, assault and theft was Frederick Speed, 31, of the 1700 block of Bethel St. The victim's wallet was recovered.

Southwestern District

Shooting: A 15-year-old boy was walking in the 3600 block of Old Frederick Road about 3:15 p.m. Sunday when someone shot him in the right leg. He was treated at Maryland Shock Trauma Center.

Theft: Three computer monitors, stereo equipment and sets of lights - all valued at nearly $3,000 - were stolen Sunday from a 1999 Ford van parked on the Holiday Inn Express lot in the 1400 block of Bloomfield Road.

Western District

Shooting: Police were seeking a man who shot another man in the left arm and right leg during an incident about 7:15 p.m. Sunday in the 1600 block of Warwick Ave. The victim was treated at Maryland Shock Trauma Center.

Southern District

Theft: At least 400 compact discs, four CD carrying cases and a compact disc player - all valued at $5,300 - were stolen Sunday from a 1998 Chevrolet pickup truck parked in the 500 block of Washington Blvd.

Baltimore County

Woodlawn Precinct

Robbery/arrest: A man, 43, was arrested Sunday evening shortly after the High's dairy store in the 1100 block of Ingleside Ave. was robbed of more than $700 worth of cigarettes, and a clerk assaulted. Charged with robbery was Darryl Green of the 1200 block of Kevin Road. The cigarettes were recovered.

Essex Precinct

Sex assault/arrest: About 6 a.m. Sunday in Middle River, a woman, 21, gave a ride to a man who told her to drive toward U.S. 40. At an isolated area, she later reported, the man forced her to engage in sex acts. After dropping the man off at Franklin Square Hospital Center, she called police. Officers entered the hospital, found a man fitting the suspect's description and arrested him. Charged with kidnapping and sexual assault was Daniel E. King, 21, of the 9700 block of Back River Neck Road.

Garrison Precinct

Robbery: After a man placed coffee on the counter at a 7-Eleven in the 8000 block of Liberty Road about 6:30 a.m. Sunday, he displayed a handgun and removed $40 from the cash register.

Purse snatch: A woman, 77, was about to enter a store in the 7000 block of Reisterstown Road about 4:30 p.m. Sunday when a man knocked her to the ground and stole her purse containing cash and property, all valued at more than $60.
