Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Eastern District

Shooting: Police were seeking a man known as Eddie in the shooting about 6 p.m. Wednesday of a 23-year-old man during an argument in the 1400 block of E. Biddle St. Yesterday, the victim was reported in fair condition at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Robbery/stabbing: A male resident of the 800 block of E. Chase St. was walking in the 1400 block of Eager St. about 4 a.m. Wednesday when three teen-age males robbed him of $180. Before the youths fled, one of them stabbed the victim in the back three times. He was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Northwestern District

Stolen vehicle: A black, four-door 1999 Ford with tags JGR 558 was stolen Wednesday in the 3300 block of Druid Lake Drive.

Southwestern District

Arrest: A man, 28, was arrested Wednesday when he tried to leave Rite Aid in the 3400 block of Clifton Ave. without paying for health products. After his arrest, the man tried to escape by crashing through a glass door. He failed and sustained minor injuries.

Baltimore County

Garrison Precinct

Robbery/arrests: A grand mother, her grandson and niece were arrested Wednesday and charged with assaulting and robbing a boy, 16, after an argument over money. After leaving a house in the first block of Rocky Lane, after the argument, the youth was walking in the 4400 block of Old Court Road about 5:30 p.m. when two women and two males - including a man armed with a baseball bat - got out of a van, assaulted him and took his jeans and shoes. Arrested and charged with robbery, assault and theft were Pauline Edwards, 79, Eric Davis, 18, and Donna Redmond, 19, all of the Rocky Lane address. The driver of the van was being sought.

Parkville Precinct

Kidnapping/arrest: A woman, 30, was standing outside Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in Southeast Baltimore about 4 p.m. Tuesday when a man forced her into his vehicle while threatening her with the pointed end of an oven thermometer. He drove her to a Park & Ride lot in the 9600 block of Harford Road, where he assaulted her before shoving her from the vehicle and driving off. While the woman was talking to police, she spotted the man driving by. The vehicle was stopped and a man was arrested. Charged with kidnap ping and assault was Jeremiah Dicapua , 50, of the first block of Sharpley Court, Fullerton.

Garrison Precinct

Burglary/arrests: Three boys were firing two guns in a Randallstown woods Wednesday when police ordered them to stop. An investigation revealed the boys had broken into a house in the 3900 block of Susanna Road and stole the weap ons. They were charged with burglary.
