Redevelopment plans for the Middle River section of Baltimore County will be the subject of a free forum at noon today at the Johns Hopkins University's Downtown Center, Charles and Fayette streets.
Bill Jones, coordinator of the county's waterfront redevelopment program, will be speaker for the program, which is sponsored by the Baltimore Architecture Foundation.
