Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southeastern District

Homicide arrest: Derrick Feaster, 30, of the 600 block of N. Linwood Ave. was arrested yesterday in the 2000 block of N. Broadway by members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force on a warrant charging him with first-degree murder in the stabbing April 1 of Ray Troy, 49, in the victim's home in the 3000 block of McElderry St. Detective Ray Laslett said Troy died that night at Johns Hopkins Hospital and that the killing was the result of an argument. Laslett said Feaster was being held at Central Booking and Intake Center pending a bail hearing.

Northwestern District

Robbery: Two men, one with a handgun, entered the Amoco station in the 3300 block of Garrison Blvd. about 7 a.m. Monday and fled with several cartons of cigarettes valued at nearly $200.

Southwestern District

Theft/arrest: A woman, 30, was arrested Monday when she attempted to leave Rite Aid in the 4500 block of Edmondson Ave. without paying for two electric toothbrushes valued at more than $100.

Robbery: A 27-year-old female resident of the 2400 block of Wilkens Ave. was home about 11:30 p.m. Monday when her ex-boyfriend entered and began arguing with her. During the argument, the man took the woman's cellular phone and fled. A warrant was to be issued for the man's arrest.

Southern District

Burglary: While a female resident of the 1300 block of Jackson St. was walking her dog Tuesday night, someone entered her home through a rear door and stole more than $2,000.

Northern District

Stolen vehicle: A 1987 Ford tractor with tags 184778F was stolen Saturday in the 1700 block of W. 41st St. The theft was reported Monday.

Stolen vehicle: A white 1990 Oldsmobile with Illinois tags 1544014 was stolen during the weekend in the 3300 block of N. Charles St.

Baltimore County

Towson Precinct

Burglary: At least $600 was stolen Monday from an apartment in the 600 block of Bridgeman Terrace by someone who entered a door.

Cockeysville Precinct

Theft: A compact disc player/radio valued at $200 was stolen Monday from a 2000 Nissan Pathfinder parked on a lot owned by Nationwide Nissan in the 2200 block of Deereco Road.
