METS: Placed 1B Mo Vaughn on the 15-day DL. Recalled OF Timo Perez from Triple-A Norfolk.

REDS: Placed OF Ken Griffey on the 15-day DL. Recalled OF Ruben Mateo from Triple-A Louisville.

RED SOX: Placed P Dustin Hermanson on the 15-day DL, retroactive to April 4. Recalled P Sun-Woo Kim from Triple-A Pawtucket.

ROCKIES: Recalled P Chris Nichting and optioned IF Brent Butler to Triple-A Colorado Springs.
