Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Rain: Heavy holiday traffic contributed to a number of accidents in the Baltimore area yesterday. Four traffic accidents were reported on the JFK Memorial Highway yesterday afternoon; Baltimore County police reported several dozen accidents, and state police at Glen Burnie reported over 10. Most accidents were fender-benders, but there were several serious accidents, including a fatal crash in Clarksville. "Add the rain to the traffic and it makes for a pretty busy day," said Cpl. Britt Moore with the Maryland State Police's JFK Memorial barracks.
