Streets to be closed or prohibit parking on Opening Day today

Several downtown streets will be closed or have parking restrictions beginning at noon today for Opening Day at Camden Yards, which begins at 3:05 p.m., the city Office of Transportation has announced.

Camden Street from Howard Street to Washington Boulevard, Eutaw Street from Pratt Street to Camden Street and Lee Street from Ramp D to Russell Street will be closed beginning at noon. Also, Hamburg Street from Russell to Leadenhall Street will be made one-way eastbound before the game and one-way westbound after the game.

Parking will not be allowed from noon to 8 p.m. on Pratt from Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard to Paca Street; Eutaw from Pratt to Camden Yards; Camden from Howard to Russell; the east side of Greene Street from Lombard Street to Washington Boulevard; the east side of Eutaw from Lombard to Pratt; the north side of Conway Street from Charles Street to Sharp Street; the north side of Lombard from Light Street to Charles; the west side of St. Paul Street from Baltimore Street to Lombard.

Drivers are encouraged to use public lots north of the stadium.
