Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southeastern District

Thefts from vehicles: Two handicap parking permit cards were stolen Monday from vehicles parked in the 100 block of S. Albemarle St. and the 800 block of E. Baltimore St. Police said homeless people are suspected of entering cars, stealing the cards and selling them for as much as $20 to people with cars who are not entitled to park in spaces designated for the disabled.

Northwestern District

Commercial burglary: Someone entered Hilltop Indoor Flea Market in the 5500 block of Park Heights Ave. through a rear window Monday and stole a cellular phone, two remote-control devices, videotapes, jewelry, compact disc players and T-shirts.

Baltimore County

Cockeysville Precinct

Burglary: Someone entered Mid Atlantic Collision Center in the 100 block of Beaver Court between March 22 and Monday and removed the tires from a 1992 Acura Legend - all valued at $450.

Woodlawn Precinct

Burglary: A 32-inch-screen television valued at $700 was stolen Monday from an apartment in the 1900 block of Woodlawn Drive.
