Masonry Homes has one home site available and 10 more that will be released next month at Windsor Estates at Furnace Hill in Carroll County.

The Westminster community offers ranchers and two-story traditional homes on lots of one-fifth to one-third of an acre. Public water and sewer systems, and natural gas heating and cooking are standard.

Standard features include oak stair railing, full basement, designer light fixtures, wall-to-wall carpeting, garbage disposal, vinyl siding and landscaped home site.

Masonry offers six floor plans at Windsor Estates, with base prices of $175,000 to $189,500 for 1,500 square feet to 2,180 square feet.

The community's model, the Hillstead, has a base price of $177,900 for 1,800 square feet and is built with several options, including a sunroom, 2-foot kitchen extension and extended front porch.

The first floor has a foyer, a 13-by-14 living room, a 10-by-11 dining room, a 12-by-11 kitchen, a 15-by-12 family room, a powder room and a one-car garage.

The second floor consists of a 12-by-18 owner's suite with walk-in closet and owner's bath, a 12-by-11 bedroom, an 11-by-10 bedroom, a 10-by-10 bedroom and a hall bath.

The model and sales center is open Saturday to Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Wednesday from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.; and Thursday and Friday by appointment.

To get to the community, take Interstate 795 to Route 140 north to Westminster. Proceed approximately 13.5 miles and turn left on Route 31 (New Windsor Drive). Take a right on Windsor Drive and follow signs to the model.
