Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Northern District

Rape: Police were seeking a man who broke into an apartment in the 300 block of E. University Parkway on Monday afternoon, and bound and raped the female occupant.

Central District

Robbery: A man was walking in the 200 block of N. Paca St. about 12:30 p.m. Monday when another man robbed him of $53.

Eastern District

Theft: A Jennings 9 mm handgun and a High Point .380-caliber handgun were stolen during the weekend from the bedroom of a house in the 3200 block of E. Monument St. during a party attended by several people.

Southeastern District

Buglary: An electric drill valued at $125 was stolen Monday from Urban Posters in the 1700 block of Thames St. in Fells Point.

Southern District

Robbery: Police were seeking a gunman who robbed another man, 58, of nearly $200 in the 200 block of S. Monroe St. about 10:15 p.m. Sunday.

Baltimore County

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: At least $150 and several pieces of jewelry were stolen Monday from a house in the 1800 block of Dunwoody Road by someone who entered through a rear window.

White Marsh

Stolen vehicle: A silver 1985 Jeep Wagoneer with tags M420368 was stolen Monday in the 9000 block of Franklin Square Drive.

Essex Precinct

Vandalism: A vandal spray-painted "KKK Rules" on the front door of Sussex Elementary School in the 300 block of S. Woodward Drive overnight Sunday.
