Final registration and orientation for the NFL Junior Development Program will be held at noon tomorrow at the Loch Raven Rec Center, 1801 Glen Keith Blvd. Underwritten by a grant from the NFL Players Association, there is no fee for the spring camp for boys 12 to 14. Equipment will be issued on March 23. Beginning April 2 on Tuesdays and Thursdays, there will be 12 evening practices stressing fundamentals and life skills.
