Church in Severna Park offers prayer labyrinth

Woods Church, 611 Baltimore-Annapolis Blvd. in Severna Park, has a labyrinth available for use in walking silent prayers.

The labyrinth, which takes approximately 30 minutes to walk, is a replica of one in the floor of Chartres Cathedral in France that was created about 1200 as a symbol of spiritual journey. The labyrinth serves a metaphor for exploring the path of life.
