Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southwestern District

Shooting: Darrell Bernard Halsey, 26, was in serious condition yesterday at Maryland Shock Trauma Center after being shot nine times Monday night while sitting on the front porch of his home in the 2900 block of Windsor Ave. by an unknown man who called out his name before firing. Halsey was wounded in the face, neck, a hand, both feet and his left hip, thigh and calf.

Eastern District

Carjacking/arrests: Police were seeking two additional teen-age males in the armed carjacking Tuesday of a woman's 1998 Plymouth Neon in the 900 block of N. Broadway. Two males, 15 and 16, were arrested by Eastern District Officer John Woolen and Northeastern District Officer Antonio Hrica when they stopped the car at The Alameda and Harford Road. The others fled on foot.

Baltimore County

White Marsh Precinct

Robbery: Police were seeking two men for the armed robbery Tuesday of Integrity Recycling in the 7900 block of Philadelphia Road. While the men removed nearly $2,600 from a safe, several employees fled. Police surrounded the building, but the robbers apparently escaped after breaking through a wall.
