New positions

Gage promotes Black to VP, sales manager

Gage Menswear promoted Armstead Black to vice president and general sales manager. He oversees sales at the retailer's downtown and Owings Mills locations. The 40-year veteran of the menswear trade also has responsibility for recruitment, management and training of the customer service staff. Before joining Gage 21 years ago, the Catonsville resident was a manager for Raleigh Clothes.

Fick joins Webb/Mason Maryland sales division

Webb/Mason, a Hunt Valley-based enterprise print management provider, hired Matt Fick in its Maryland sales division. He is responsible for business development in the Baltimore metropolitan area. A graduate of Mount Saint Mary's College in Emmitsburg, he was previously with Verisent in Hunt Valley and is a former director of licensing and business development for ABC Sports.


Alan is vice president at Weinberg Harris

Weinberg Harris & Associates hired Sandy Alan as a vice president at the Pikesville firm. A former principal of Annapolis-based Corporate Productions, Alan is also president of the firm's new division, Corporate Meetings and Events, which will provide planning and production of national and regional meetings, galas, product introduction events and training services.


Kirk, Rapson promoted to KAWG&F shareholders

Mark E. Rapson and Lori L. Kirk have been promoted to shareholders in KAWG&F P.A., the Towson-based accounting and consulting firm.

Rapson, a graduate of Towson University and a certified public accountant, did his postgraduate work in accounting at the University of Baltimore. A member of several professional organizations, he is also active with the Life and Breath Foundation and the Towson University Alumni Association.

Kirk, who heads the firm's estate administration group, is a graduate of the University of Baltimore and a certified public accountant. Both are in the firm's Towson headquarters.

Commercial real estate

Gill is MacKenzie/ONCOR sales, leasing associate

MacKenzie/ONCOR International hired Meghan C. Gill as a sales and leasing associate. She is assigned to the commercial real estate services company's Columbia office and focuses on the Baltimore-Washington corridor market. A graduate of the University of Delaware, she was formerly with the Rouse Co.
