Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Northwestern District

CafM-i closed/arrests: Early Saturday, agents of the city's liquor board and police officers closed Island Cafe in the 6300 block of Reisterstown Road for 24 hours when an investigation found the after-hours cafM-i apparently selling alcoholic beverages without a license. Arrested and charged with a liquor board violation was the owner, Lillian Lodenquai, 31, and a doorman, Stanhope Allen, 55. Arrested on charges of disorderly conduct was a patron, Guilford Dunkley, 19. Shortly after a liquor board agent paid a $10 cover charge and purchased a beer for $5 about 2:30 a.m., uniformed district officers entered the building while more than 50 patrons danced to the music of a disc jockey.

Southeastern District

Robbery: A gunman robbed Power Wash Unlimited, a car wash in the 4800 block of Holabird Ave., of $245, and four employees of more than $50, about 3:30 p.m. Saturday.

Western District

Burglary: A motion picture projector, speakers and music equipment -all valued at $4,000 - were stolen Saturday from Apostolic Community Outreach Center in the 800 block of W. Baltimore St.

Stolen vehicle: A red four-door 1999 Acura with tags GPC 845 was stolen Saturday in the 2400 block of W. Baltimore St.

Eastern District

Theft from vehicle: A compact disc player, tools and a guitar -all valued at more than $1,800 - were stolen Saturday from a 2000 Kia parked in the 700 block of N. Montford Ave.

Northeastern District

Theft from vehicle: Stereo equipment of unknown value was stolen Saturday from a 1995 Plymouth Neon parked in the 3900 block of Kenyon Ave.

Baltimore County

Garrison Precinct

Burglary: A suitcase containing adult sexual devices - all valued at more than $200 - was stolen Friday from a storage cabinet in a house in the 3700 block of Campfield Road.

Woodlawn Precinct

Carjacking: A 47-year-old female resident of the 7100 block of Manila Ave. was about to enter her 1997 Jeep Cherokee outside her home about 6 a.m. Saturday when two men ordered her to step aside. After taking the woman's keys, the men fled in the vehicle. The Jeep had tags M511707.

White Marsh Precinct

Stolen vehicle: A 1987 Mercury Cougar with tags JLS 034 was stolen Saturday from the parking lot of White Marsh Mall.
