Ryland Homes has five home sites available at Village at Moore's Orchard in Perry Hall. Two models are scheduled to open in 45 days at the Baltimore County community of single-family houses.

The traditional-style houses, which start at $269,990, are on approximately quarter-acre lots and have gas heat and public water and sewer. Standard features include a two-car garage, a fireplace, a luxury bath, and a brick front.

Ryland offers six floor plans at the community with base prices ranging from $269,990 to $314,990 for 1,830 to 3,100 square feet.

One of the model homes, the Hampton, will have a 38-by-12-foot recreation room with an optional sliding-glass door, a 12-by-16-foot game room and an 18-by-21-foot unfinished room on the lower level with an optional bathroom.

The first floor has an 11-by-11-foot kitchen, a 17-by-15-foot, two-story family room, a 12-by-10-foot dining room, a 12-by-11-foot living room, a 10-by-11-foot den, a bathroom and a two-story foyer. The second floor has three 11-by-11-foot bedrooms, a bathroom, a 20-by-15-foot master bedroom with an optional cathedral ceiling and a master bath.

To visit The Village at Moore's Orchard, take Interstate 95 to Exit 67B, White Marsh Boulevard. Go west, turn right on Honeygo Boulevard, then turn right on Joppa Road. The community is on the left.
