Baltimore County police arrested one man yesterday and were looking for two others in the killing of a 20-year-old Owings Mills man, who was shot Tuesday night in a burglary at his apartment.

Police arrested Sergey Lebedev, 20, of the 6900 block of Copperbend Lane in Pikesville and charged him in the killing of Dimas Rodriguez, 20, of the 9400 block of Owings Heights Circle.

Lebedev was charged with first-degree murder, armed robbery, first-degree burglary and the use of a handgun in commission of a violent crime. He was ordered held without bail at the county detention center.

Police said Lebedev is accused of planning the attack and soliciting two others to carry out the burglary. Cpl. Vickie Warehime, a spokeswoman, said money and jewelry were taken from Rodriguez's home.
