Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Eastern District

Shooting: A man in his mid-30s and an 18-year-old were arguing in the 300 block of McAllister St. about 3 p.m. Monday when the man pulled out a shotgun and wounded the youth with birdshot. The gunman fled and the victim was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital for minor injuries.

Cutting/arrest: A woman used a knife to slashed the tires of a man's vehicle in the 1600 block of N. Milton Ave. about 11:30 a.m. Monday, then cut him on a hand during a confrontation. Arrested and charged with aggravated assault and possession of a deadly weapon was Cynthia Blankman, 21, of no fixed address.

Central District

Robbery: A man and woman entered Connoisseur's Connection in the 800 block of N. Howard St. at Antique Row about 3 p.m. Monday, assaulted an employee and stole jewelry of unknown value.

Southeastern District

Burglary: A pink, green and yellow stained-glass window, video games, DVD player, miter saw and electronic equipment - all valued at more than $1,000 - were stolen Monday from a house in the 800 block of S. Conkling St. by someone who entered through a rear basement door. The window contains the dwelling's address number.

Baltimore County

Garrison Precinct

Robbery: A man, 43, was walking behind Giant Food in the 3600 block of Milford Mill Road about 4 p.m. Monday when he was struck with a length of wood by one of two men and cut with a box cutter by the other. The men robbed him of $20. The victim was treated at the scene for a minor cut.
