Ryan Homes has 233 home sites available at North Brook, a community of single-family homes in Queen Anne's County.

Homes at the Centreville community are situated on one-third- to half-acre lots, and the streets are lined with sidewalks and street lights. The community offers a public water and sewer system and electric heat and hot water. Propane energy is available.

Prices are from $196,990 to $268,990 for homes ranging from 1,700 to 2,850 square feet.
