MSNBC 1-6 p.m. Women's hockey

What to watch: Back in December, Baltimore native J.P. Shilling earned a spot on the U.S. speed skating team because he was one-hundredth of a second faster than the next guy. The 30-year-old Dulaney High School graduate will try to duplicate that magic in the 1,500-meter final. ... Also today, American figure skaters Michelle Kwan, Sarah Hughes and Sasha Cohen compete in the women's short program.
