Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Northeastern District

Burglary: A television, stereo and other items worth a total of $1,200 were taken from a house in the 3700 block of Lyndale Ave. between 10 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Friday. The burglar also helped himself to fruit juice.

Burglary: A pair of satin-and-snakeskin shoes and 25 videotapes were taken from a home in the 3400 block of Elmley Ave. between 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Friday. The property was valued at $531.

Burglary: Someone broke into a house in the 1300 block of Southview Road between 9:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. Friday and took a laptop computer, jewelry and other items, all valued at $3,400.

Eastern District

Armed robbery: Two men in their early 20s walked into Rainbow Mart on the 2200 block of E. Monument St. at 12:40 Friday afternoon, displayed a knife and demanded money from the clerk. The men walked away with an unknown sum.

Central District

Larceny from auto: A Dell laptop computer was stolen Thursday afternoon from a car parked in the 200 block of St. Paul St. The thief broke the driver's side window of the vehicle.

Southwestern District

Auto theft: A green 1999 Oldsmobile Cutlass with Maryland tags GYM 933 was stolen from the parking lot of St. Agnes HealthCare on South Caton Avenue early Saturday afternoon.

Auto theft: A white 1992 Chrysler New Yorker was stolen from the 1200 block of Woodington Road at 11 a.m. Saturday. The car has Maryland tags BGB 277.

Burglary: Someone entered the garage of a home in the 400 block of S. Bentalou St. on Saturday and damaged four padlocks.

Southern District

Burglary: A resident of the 2500 block of Southdene Ave. said he saw a man running from his house at 7:30 p.m. Friday. Two bottles of cologne, valued at $40, and $40 in rolled quarters were taken.

Baltimore County

Wilkens Precinct

Armed robbery: A pizza delivery man was robbed at gunpoint of $150 and a cell phone about 2 a.m. Saturday in the 2900 block of Lakebrook Circle. The victim said a man wearing a black ski mask stopped him behind a building, showed a gun and demanded money.

Woodlawn Precinct

Burglary: Jewelry, watches and necklaces were stolen from House of Time in the 5600 block of Baltimore National Pike on Friday. The value of the items had not been determined.

Burglary: Someone stole a fax machine and television from a home in the 1500 block of Ingleside Ave. on Friday.

Garrison Precinct

Unarmed robbery: An intoxicated man was robbed about 8:30 p.m. Saturday when he walked behind a building in the 8700 block of Liberty Road to urinate. Two men knocked him to the ground and took $25.

Burglary: A 27-inch-screen television and two gold rings were stolen Saturday by someone who entered an unlocked front door of a home in the 6900 block of Clearwind Court.

Towson Precinct

Burglary attempt: Someone tried to break into an apartment in the 6600 block of Ellsmere Place between 9:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. Friday. Police found signs of prying around the door frame. No other signs of forced entry were found and nothing was missing from the home.

Essex Precinct

Robbery: Four men attacked a man at Old Eastern Avenue and Rickenbacker Road shortly after midnight Friday. They hit and kicked the man and took a wallet containing $320.

Burglary: A military-style hatchet, pocket knife and several tools were taken from a locked shed in the 300 block of Sassafras Road on Thursday night. The clasps on the shed locks were cut off and removed.

Thefts/arrests: Police arrested two youths, ages 15 and 17, after they were seen taking compact discs and cell phones from cars in the 2100 block of Tred Avon Road on Friday evening. The stolen items were not found.
