Baltimore men charged in pandering of young girls

February 16, 2002

City police arrested two girls, ages 12 and 13, yesterday after they were accused of offering to perform sex acts with undercover officers in the 2000 block of Eutaw Place.

Police said that officers called Jimond Gordon, 20, of the 1200 block of Oakhurst Place, who arranged a meeting Thursday night. Gordon arrived with the girls in a minivan at about 10:45 p.m. and offered them to the officers for $160, police said.

Gordon and Anthony Whittle, 23, of the 5500 block of Cedonia Avenue, whom police identified as Gordon's associate, were charged with multiple counts of pandering. The girls and a 15-year-old boy, who police said acted as a lookout, were charged as juveniles.
