Review: Pepperidge Farm, long a standard-bearer of traditional stuffing mixes that are baked in the oven, has jumped into the stove-top fray. We tried the turkey-flavor mix. I added the suggested sauteed onion and celery with good results. Unlike some other stove-top mixes - which appear to be a mix of crumbs and water - this stuffing was firm. The texture and flavor remained strong when I reheated the leftovers the next day.
