Andrzejewski and Hammond named Parade All-Americans

Kelly Hammond of St. Mary's and Ali Andrzejewski of McDonogh have been named to Parade magazine's All-America high school girls soccer team. The list of 35 All-Americans will be featured Sunday in the magazine.

Hammond, The Sun's Player of the Year, scored 21 goals and dominated the midfield for the top-ranked Saints (21-1-1). She will attend the University of Virginia in the fall.

Andrzejewski, a midfielder who will play for Maryland in the fall, had 20 goals and 15 assists for the second-ranked Eagles (16-5).
