Wesley Woods

Patriot Homes is offering 10 models on its remaining 16 lots at Wesley Woods, an Elkridge community of traditional, single-family, detached homes.

The community of quarter- and one-fifth-acre lots, which back up to woods, is in Howard County near Patapsco State Park. Most homes feature two-car garages, 9-foot ceilings, hardwood foyers, garden baths and cathedral ceilings. The homes offer public water and sewage systems, and gas heat and cooking.

The first floor of the John Rutledge, one of the models, features a two-story foyer, 18-by-16-foot family room, 11-by-13-foot living room, a 10-by-14-foot dining room, kitchen and an optional sunroom. The second floor has an 18-by-17- foot master bedroom with a vaulted ceiling, a master bath and walk-in closets; three 11-by-10-foot bedrooms; and a laundry room.

Base sales prices range from $274,900 to $321,900. A model is open at Patriot Homes' Scarlet Oaks community in Dorsey.

To visit Wesley Woods from Baltimore, take Interstate 95 south and exit onto Route 100 east toward Glen Burnie. Take Exit 6B onto U.S. 1 north and turn right onto Montgomery Road. Turn left onto Old Washington Boulevard. Continue for about 1.5 miles; the community is on the right. Sales are handled at Scarlet Oaks. The center is open daily except Thursday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
