Concerts

Musical potpourri: The U. S. States Naval Academy Band presents a program of classical and 20th-century music at 8 p.m. today and tomorrow in the Naval Academy's Mitscher Hall. The program is free and open to the public. Information: 410-293-0263.

Naval band: The U.S. Naval Academy Band's jazz ensemble, the Next Wave, will perform at 8 p.m. Feb. 15 in the Naval Academy's Mitscher Hall. Under the direction of Chief Musician Dan Drew, they will present an evening of big band jazz. Information: 410-293-0263.

Annapolis symphony: The Annapolis Symphony Orchestra will perform at 2 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Feb. 24 at Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts, 301 Chase St., Annapolis. Theater

Theater: Anne Arundel Community College's Student Association is sponsoring The Spencers: Theatre of Illusion at 7:30 p.m. Saturday and at 3 p.m. Sunday at Pascal Center for Performing Arts at the college. The show will include illusions and special effects performed with audience participation. "Saving Grace": The Bowie Playhouse is presenting Saving Grace at 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and at 2 p.m. Sundays through Feb. 9. The comedy features Leah Appel as Grace Larkin, a girl who constantly compares her life to heroines in old movies. General admission tickets are $12 or $10 for students and seniors. Irish dance: The Chesapeake Music Hall, 339 Busch's Frontage Road, Annapolis presents the Broesler School of Irish Dance and Maggie Sansone and Friends at 8 p.m. March 2 on its main stage.
