Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southern District

Robbery: Two gunmen entered Rent-A-Center at Mount Clare Junction in the 1200 block of W. Pratt St. about 9 a.m. Monday and forced one employee into a rear room and ordered a second to open a safe and give them the contents. After taking an undisclosed sum of cash and several money orders of various denominations, the robbers removed a security videotape before fleeing on foot.

Theft: Three gold nugget rings valued at more than $3,000 were stolen Sunday from a table at a flea market in the 1200 block of W. Patapsco Ave.

Southeastern District

Burglary: A stained-glass window displaying the address number 21 was stolen from a house in the first block of N. Chester St. in mid-January. The burglary was reported Monday.

Eastern District

Burglary: A musical keyboard valued at $700 was stolen Monday from Tabernacle Deliverance Community Church in the 1600 block of E. Federal St.

Robbery: A man robbed a customer of First Union Bank of nearly $200 about 10 a.m. Monday when he apparently became impatient with a teller to whom he had passed a holdup note demanding money. No weapon was displayed.

Southwestern District

Burglary: Video games and accessories -- all valued at nearly $500 -- were stolen Monday from McDonald-Jentry & Associates in the 3000 block of Walbrook Ave.

Theft from vehicle: Compact discs valued at $300 were stolen Monday from a Mazda sedan parked on the lot of St. Agnes HealthCare in the 900 block of S. Caton Ave.

Northern District

Robbery: A gunman robbed Hong Kong Restaurant in the 2400 block of N. Charles St. of more than $100 about 11 p.m. Monday.

Baltimore County

White Marsh Precinct

Attempted murder: Police were seeking several men in the near-fatal stabbing of a 26-year-old man on the parking lot of Dew Drop Inn in the 12300 block of Philadelphia Road about 8 p.m. Monday. Officer Brian Webb said the stabbing followed an argument inside the inn and that the victim, a Parkville resident, was stabbed at least six times in the chest and treated at Maryland Shock Trauma Center. His condition was not available. Webb said the men being sought sped off in at least two vehicles, one of them a Chevrolet pickup.

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: A red-and-white Honda CR-80 dirt bike was stolen Monday from a shed in the 8300 block of Beryl Ave.

Burglary: A microwave oven was stolen between Friday and Monday from a house under construction in the first block of Heritage Hills Court.
