Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southwestern District

Arrests: Officers from the Southwestern, Southern, Western and Southeastern districts arrested six women for soliciting male plainclothes police for prostitution, 24 men for soliciting for sex from undercover policewomen and four other men for possession for narcotics offenses during a six-hour crack down Saturday night along sections of Wilkens Avenue, West Baltimore Street and South Carey street. In addition, 25 vehicles operated by those arrested were impounded.

Southeastern District

Robbery/arrest: An unarmed man robbed the KFC restaurant at the Baltimore Travel Plaza in the 6200 block of O'Donnell St. of an undisclosed sum of money about 5 a.m. Saturday. Acting on information, police entered a house in the 400 block of Hornel St. and arrested a suspect. Charged with unarmed robbery was John Realing, 23, of the 1400 block of Kent St.

Western District

Robbery: Vincent Blige, 41, was standing in a carryout in the 1700 block of W. North Ave. about 2 a.m. Saturday when a teen-ager with a gun robbed him of $70. The robber drove off in a brown Lincoln automobile with unknown tags.

Southern District

Assaults/arrest: A woman, 46, was arrested early Saturday and charged with cutting and stabbing three people with a steak knife during an argument over rent money in a house in the 4500 block of Pennington Ave. One victim sustained a head wound and was treated at Maryland Shock Trauma Center. Charged with three counts of aggravated assault and possession of a deadly weapon was Daria Entsminerger, of the Pennington Avenue address.

Northeastern District

Robbery: Two men, one armed with a handgun, robbed Simplicity in Motion Hair Studio in the 1500 block of Havenwood Road of an undisclosed sum of money about 1:15 p.m. Saturday.

Shoplifting: Police were seeking a man who fled CVS Pharmacy in the 6900 block of Harford Road about noon Saturday with $400 worth of health care products.

Baltimore County

Garrison Precinct

Body found: A man walking his dog in Villa Nova Park off the 3600 block of Essex Road in the Milford community about 8 a.m. Saturday discovered the badly decomposed body of an unidentified man hanging from a tree. The death has been ruled suspicious pending an autopsy by the state medical examiner. Police said the condition of the body indicated it had been in the woods for a lengthy period of time. The homicide squad was investigating.

White Marsh Precinct

Burglary: Someone entered the rental office of Kenwood Park Apartments in the first block of Clementine Court over the weekend and removed $2,180 from a locked cabinet.

Essex Precinct

Burglary: Video games, a camcorder and a digital camera - all valued at $2,000 - were stolen over the weekend from a house in the 1300 block of First Road at Wilson Point.

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: Cash, jewelry, stereo equipment and frozen food - all valued at nearly $5,000 - were stolen Saturday from a house in the 8000 block of Harris Ave.

Burglary: Someone entered an apartment in the first block of High Haven Road over the weekend and stole cash and jewelry - all valued at $4,900.

Cockeysville Precinct

Burglary/arrest: A male resident of the 1000 block of Hill Green Circle spotted a man trying to enter his home through a window early Saturday and called police when the man fled. A man fitting the description was arrested nearby. Charged with burglary was Anthony Grimes, 18, of Hill Garth Circle, about two blocks from the burglary scene.
