Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Eastern District

Shooting: A man, 20, was in the 200 block of E. Lafayette Ave. about 10 p.m. Saturday when a gunman stepped from a white Dodge Neon and shot him in the legs, arms and groin before driving away. The victim was in good condition yesterday at Johns Hopkins Hospital. No arrest has been made.

Southwestern District

Robbery/arrests: A man, 29, was in the bathroom of a house in the 3900 block of Edmondson Ave. about 8 p.m. Saturday when two men, one with a handgun, robbed him of $25. A short time later, two men were arrested and charged with armed robbery. Their identities were not available yesterday.

Southeastern District

Robbery: Three men, one with a handgun, robbed a 23-year-old woman of her keys and a cellular phone as she walked in the 6300 block of Boston St. about 3:30 p.m. Saturday.

Burglary: Someone broke into a house in the 3400 block of Esther Place between Jan. 22 and Saturday and stole a stained-glass window with the numbered address.

Theft from vehicle: A radar detector, 30 compact discs and a watch - all valued at more than $600 - were stolen Saturday from a Chevrolet Cavalier parked in the 100 block of S. Broadway.

Central District

Theft from vehicle: A videocassette recorder and a 9-inch-screen television were stolen Saturday from a vehicle parked in the 100 block of W. Fayette St. The loss was estimated at $300.

Northern District

Burglary: A compact disc player and cash - all valued at more than $500 - were stolen Saturday from a house in the 3000 block of N. Calvert St.

Southern District

Stolen car: A 2000 Suzuki Swift with tags JKE 322 was stolen Saturday in the 1200 block of Cherry Hill Road.

Baltimore County

Woodlawn Precinct

Burglary: A compact disc player, video camera, BB gun and sword were stolen during the weekend from a house in the 3500 block of Corn Stream Road.

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: A power-washing machine valued at $350 was stolen during the weekend from a shed in the 10000 block of Harford Road.
