Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Eastern District

Victim identified: A man who was fatally shot Tuesday night in the 2600 block of E. Madison St. was identified yesterday as Ray Antonio Gregory, 24, of the 700 block of N. Linwood Ave. About 7 p.m., he was talking to an unknown man who pulled out a handgun and shot him at least twice in the chest, police said.

Stabbing: A man entered the emergency room at Johns Hopkins Hospital about 9 p.m. Tuesday bleeding from a stab wound of the back. The man was unable to tell police who stabbed him or why he was assaulted.

Northern District

Robbery: A gunman entered the Just Cut It salon in the 3100 block of St. Paul St. about 3:10 p.m. Tuesday and ordered an employee to give him the contents of the cash register. After taking an undisclosed sum, the gunman robbed three female patrons of their cash and jewelry before fleeing.

Burglary: Jewelry, an antique container and a piggy bank containing coins were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 4500 block of Keswick Road.

Northeastern District

Burglary: Tools, drywall material and other items were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 1500 block of Carswell St.

Southwestern District

Shooting: A man in his early 20s was walking in an alley in the 700 block of Linnard St. about 9 p.m. Tuesday when someone fired a shot that grazed his neck. The man was treated at Maryland Shock Trauma Center.

Baltimore County

Parkville Precinct

Robbery: A driver for Valley Cab was robbed of $35 at gunpoint on Arbor Station Way on Tuesday night by three men he had picked up near Old Court Road.

White Marsh Precinct

Burglary: A Kel-tec .40-caliber semiautomatic handgun with serial No. 88133 was stolen with a laptop computer Tuesday from a house in the 9100 block of Philadelphia Road.

Burglary: A mounted bear owned by a taxidermist was stolen Tuesday from a shed in the 7400 block of Regal Road.

Essex Precinct

Burglary: A television, camcorder, weed cutter, leaf blower and jewelry - all valued at nearly $1,700 - were stolen Tuesday from a house in the first block of Mango Trail by someone who entered through a side window.

Burglary: Stereo equipment and tools - all valued at more than $1,800 - were stolen Tuesday from Custom Tint in the 7300 block of Golden Ring Road.
