Summerfield at River Hill

Beazer Homes has two models open and 40 homes available at Summerfield at River Hill in Howard County.

The townhouse condominium community, which is part of the Columbia Association, is near River Hill Town Center. The homes are on public water and sewer systems and have dual-zone gas heating.

Beazer offers two floor plans at Summerfield. Prices range from $310,990 to $339,990 for 1,956 square feet to 2,550 square feet. Standard features include a one-car garage, hardwood foyer, soaking tub and wall-to-wall carpeting.

One model - the Bluestone - has a base price of $339,900 for 1,956 square feet and is built with several options, including a sun room and recreation room.

The first floor has a two-story foyer, 14-by-12-foot living room, 13-by-15 dining room, 12-by-13 kitchen, 16-by-13 family room, 12-by-8 sunroom, powder room and laundry room.

To get to Summerfield at River Hill from Baltimore, take Interstate 95 south to Route 32 west to Exit 19 (Great Star Drive), and turn right. Continue about a mile to the community on the right.

From Interstate 70, take Route 32 east to Exit 20 and turn left at the light onto Route 108 (Clarksville Pike). At the third light, turn right onto Great Star Drive and go past River Hill Village Center to the community on the left. Models are open daily, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
