Review: Friends whose culinary taste I trust raved about Banquet's new casserole kits, which include canned meat and vegetables as well as bread topping, stuffing, pasta or potatoes. You layer the ingredients in a dish, bake and serve. Maybe my expectations were too high, but I can't jump on the Banquet bandwagon. The Creamy Turkey and Stuffing was far too reminiscent of the turkey a la king served in my school cafeteria, and the Beef Stew tasted like Chunky-brand soup with a biscuit topping. Both were too salty.
