Mark Frey Archbishop Curley, 119

The junior (31-4) earned All-Metro honors by winning his first Maryland Interscholastic Athletic Association and private schools crowns.

Matt Eveleth Chesapeake-AA, 125

The two-time state champion (35-0) has a 97-3 career record with 74 pins and a 66-match winning streak.

Ryan Green River Hill, 135

The balance, strength and technique of the All-Metro senior (34-3) should help him win a state title.

Matt Ennis Wilde Lake, 130

A state champion, Ennis (33-1) pinned all but seven opponents last winter at 119 pounds.

Fran Jackson North Carroll, 152

The All-Metro choice (29-3) tries to win his third state title as a senior after being runner-up last winter.

Tom Boettcher Archbishop Curley, 152

The two-time MIAA champ (44-4) routed four state champs last winter only to finish as the private schools runner-up for the second straight year. He'll win this season.

Sam Lewnes Mount St. Joseph, 160

Another two-time MIAA champ, Lewnes (34-6)won a private schools title as a freshman and was runner-up last year. This time, he should win again.

Mike Mengel Mount Hebron, 160

The two-time state runner-up and All-Metro selection (33-2) goes for his first state title.

Geoff Miller McDonogh, 189

A returning private schools champion, Miller (37-7) should yet again help the Eagles in their quest for a third straight MIAA dual-meet title.
