Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Northeastern District

Robbery: A deliverywoman for Cosmo's Carryout on Harford Road was in the 5200 block of Hampnett Ave. on Tuesday night when a man armed with a shotgun robbed her of $15 and $60 worth of food.

Robbery: A woman, 37, was walking in the 1600 block of Homestead St. about 7 a.m. Tuesday when she was struck by a man who robbed her of $105.

Robbery: A gunman robbed the Amoco station in the 5600 block of Harford Road of an undisclosed sum of money and several packs of cigarettes about 5 a.m. Tuesday.

Southeastern District

Robbery: Two men robbed a woman, 51, of more than $30 in the 1800 block of E. Baltimore St. about 11 a.m. Tuesday.

Robbery: A man, 26, was walking in the 100 block of S. Broadway about 7 a.m. Tuesday when two men robbed him of $200.

Eastern District

Robbery: A deliveryman for Pizza Deal in the 500 block of E. 25th St. was in the 2700 block of E. Baltimore St. about 10 p.m. Tuesday when a man robbed him of $300.

Southwestern District

Robbery: A woman, 19, was walking in the 4800 block of Carmine Ave. about 4 p.m. Tuesday when a gunman robbed her of a purse containing cash, a cellular phone and keys - all valued at $70.

Baltimore County

North Point Precinct

Robbery/arrest: A man, 57, was walking in the 1500 block of Merritt Blvd. on Tuesday when a gunman robbed him of his wallet and $45. Witnesses flagged down Officer Sean Moran who, along with other officers, spotted a man fitting the gunman's description and arrested him. Recovered were a BB pistol handgun replica and cash believed taken in the robbery. Charged with armed robbery was Wayne Hartel, 37, of the 1700 block of Evergreen Drive in Bear Creek.

Cockeysville Precinct

Burglary/drugs seized: When police entered an apartment in the first block of Breezy Hill Court to investigate a burglary about 3 a.m. Tuesday they discovered several pieces of drug paraphernalia and drugs. The contraband was seized, and police were seeking the occupant.
