Review: The idea behind these entrees - gourmet fish paired with a suitable side dish, served hot from the oven in a matter of minutes - is a good one. The execution needs fine-tuning, however. Before cooking, you top each dish with a compound of butter and spices. Once cooked, this is reduced to a soggy mass atop your food. I'm surprised McCormick & Co. - which supplies the spices in each dish - would lend its name to the package. But maybe the company will be able to help upgrade this product. Until then, throw this catch back.
