Korey Homes is constructing a model and has 12 home sites available at Fox Chase, a community of single-family homes in Harford County.

The Bel Air community offers two-story Colonial homes on 0.5- to 1-acre lots. The homes are on public water and sewer systems and come with gas heat and cooking.

Korey offers five floor plans at the community, ranging from 2,400 square feet to 4,100 square feet. Base prices range from $329,900 to $399,900. Standard features include a side-loading two-car garage, 9-foot first-floor ceilings, solid oak rails and Whirlpool appliances.

The model being built, the Kendall, is 2,950 square feet, has a base price of $340,000 and will be completed by January.

The first floor has a two-story foyer, 15-by-13-foot living room, optional solarium, 12-by-11 library, 21-by-14 family room, 21-by-14 kitchen and breakfast area, 14-by-13 dining room, laundry room and powder room. It offers an optional detached two-car garage with studio above.

The second floor consists of a 21-by-15-foot master bedroom with master bath and walk-in closets; two 13-by-12 bedrooms; a 15-by-12 bedroom; and a full bath.

To get to Fox Chase from Baltimore, take Interstate 695 to I-95 to Exit 80 (Churchville Route 543 north). Turn right on Amyclae Drive to Fox Chase model home. The sales center is open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday through Wednesday and closed Thursday and Friday.
