Dr. Kroger receives G-2 Reports' national leadership award

Dr. J. Stephen Kroger, a founder of the Columbia-based national health care accreditation organization, COLA, received the 2001 Laboratory Public Service National Leadership Award, sponsored by the Washington G-2 Reports, an independent information and news service for the health care industry.

The award was presented at a ceremony Oct. 25 in Arlington, Va.

Koren Development hires Wedemeyer

Mark R. Wedemeyer has been hired as project manager for Koren Development Inc., a Columbia company that works with property owners, real estate development companies and residential homebuilders to zone, plan and develop residential subdivisions and mixed-use communities.

Wedemeyer will manage projects in the local market.
